My name is Eric Walline and I have owned and operated Gold Coast Charter Service since 1992. Over the years I have enjoyed meeting people from all over the United States who have come to Frankfort to enjoy time with family and to sample the fantastic Lake Michigan salmon fishery. I made the choice back in 1978 to make Frankfort my home port because of the scenery, friendly community and great fishing.

When people I meet learn that I operate a charter boat, they always comment about what a fun job it must be. It is fun. But…we take our time on the water very seriously and always try to do our best to see that our guests have a good time and catch fish. I spend thousands of dollars each year maintaining the boat and buying tackle so that we are positioned to do our best work. We have a “No fish, No fee” guarantee so you don’t have to worry about just being taken for a ride.

Most of our business these days comes from return customers or word of mouth referrals.
